At DRINK GHOST, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns on opened items or products that have been consumed.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Provide Documentation
If your order arrived damaged, please include clear photos of the packaging and the product to expedite your claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for the return shipment.
- 4.Processing & Refund
After we receive and inspect your unopened items, a refund or replacement will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
